RELIC TORQUE

Relic Torque conceals complexity beneath clarity. At first glance, it appears to be nothing more than a fine chain resting across the collarbones. Yet behind this illusion lies a sculptural torque—open at the front, its rigid arc curves around the neck without meeting, each end marked by a crescent-tipped white gold form set with sapphire. Just behind these terminals, teardrop-shaped elements rest on both sides of the neck. From the forward drop on the right, a long chain crosses and links seamlessly to its twin on the left—creating a tension line that visually anchors the piece without closure or clasp. A structure of stillness and discipline, disguised as simplicity.

Born of sacred defiance, this design draws from the twin strength of Cosmas and Damian—healers who bore no shield but faith. A tribute to those who guard with conviction, not conquest.
